Interactive.li supports speakers and communication professionals in developing and delivering engaging model-based and data-driven lectures and presentations. For further information about us, please visit our About Us page.

This section of the website describes our policy when it comes to the collection, processing and storage of our visitors’ information. If you have any comments or questions about this Privacy Policy, please feel free to contact us by emailing saied@interactive.li.

Data Collection, Processing, and Sharing

This website does not collect or process any personal data from visitors who simply browse its pages. Furthermore, it does not engage in data sharing or automated decision-making processes.

However, it’s important to note that Interactive.li uses a few services from Google (Google Fonts, for instance), which may collect data from visitors, such as IP addresses and browser information, to function properly. We do not control or share any data collected by Google through these services. For more information on Google services supporting this website, please refer to the table below.

Service Use Privacy Issues
Fonts Google Fonts are used to add a variety of free, web-safe fonts to websites. Privacy and Data Collection
Charts Google Charts is typically used to create interactive charts and graphs for visualizing data on web pages. Security and Privacy
reCAPTCHA Websites use reCAPTCHA to analyze user interactions and assign a score indicating the likelihood of them being a bot, all without interrupting the user experience. Frequently Asked Questions
YouTube YouTube embeds are typically used to share videos on websites and blogs, keeping viewers engaged without leaving the original webpage. How does YouTube maintain user privacy?

During our training workshops, participants will log in using a PIN to take part in group activities. These activities include challenges (such as quizzes), simulator-based sessions, and feedback collection. We do not collect any personal information from participants during this process.

All interactions with the platform, typically responses to questionnaires, serve the instructional purpose of the training session. Here are some examples:

  • Assessing prior knowledge (and tailoring the session accordingly): We use pre-session quizzes and surveys to understand the participants’ current knowledge level and adjust the session content accordingly.
  • Systematic evaluation and feedback: We assess learners’ comprehension throughout the session and afterwards to ensure effective knowledge acquisition. This allows us to provide feedback and improve future sessions.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

The blog section of this website is powered by WordPress. While we do not use any third-party themes or plugins, WordPress itself sets a small number of cookies for essential functionalities, such as wordpress_[hash] and wp-settings-{time}-[UID]. These cookies are used for administrative purposes and do not collect data from website visitors.

This website also uses a single non-essential cookie called interactive-li-cookie. This cookie simply stores (for seven days) your consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not use this cookie for any other purpose, and it does not collect any personal data about you.

You can choose to withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies.

In addition to the cookies mentioned previously, we also use a PHP session cookie – PHPSESSID – specifically for managing user sessions during our training workshops. This cookie is erased once the visitor’s web browser is closed.

User Rights Under GDPR

Even though our website does not collect or process personal data from visitors who browse its pages, we are committed to upholding the principles of data protection and informing users about their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Right to Access: Users have the right to request access to any personal data that we may hold about them. Despite not collecting personal data, users can reach out to us if they have any concerns or questions regarding data handling practices.

Right to Rectify: Users have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data that may be held by us. While we do not collect personal data, users can contact us if they believe there are inaccuracies on our website.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. Since we do not collect personal data, this right may not be applicable to our website. However, users can rest assured that no personal data is collected for deletion.

Right to Restrict Processing: Users have the right to request the restriction or limitation of the processing of their personal data. As we do not engage in data processing, this right may not be relevant to our website. Nevertheless, users can refer to this provision for completeness.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. Once published on this page, the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective.
